Youth Innovation: From Local Solutions to Global Impact – Innovation Week Tanzania
During Innovation Week Tanzania 1-4 sept 2026, Heal for All Foundation was invited by the United Nations Association of Tanzania (UNA Tanzania) to participate in a session focused on youth innovation and global solutions. The Foundation was represented by its Founder and Director, Dr. Samwel Jackson, who was invited to speak on how locally developed innovations can address community challenges while having relevance beyond national borders.
Dr. Jackson shared perspectives on the potential of young people to identify challenges within their communities and develop practical, innovative solutions that can be adapted, replicated and scaled to address similar challenges globally. The discussion emphasized that innovation does not always have to begin with complex or highly resourced solutions; meaningful global impact can emerge from understanding local problems and creating solutions that respond to real community needs.
The session provided an opportunity for Heal for All Foundation to contribute to discussions on youth leadership, innovation, entrepreneurship and sustainable development, while to highlighting the importance of creating pathways for young innovators to connect local ideas with wider regional and global opportunities.
